Store Credit or Replacement Policy as Refund policy with issues

For hygiene concerns and recent COVID scare, a return will not be entertained at the moment. Our non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable policy is based on COVID HEALTH advisory. Although please do not worry about purchasing with us, if the delivery is our mistake, we will ship the correct items right away or apply store credit privileges to your account. 
CONDITION WE WILL ALLOW REPLACEMENT OF SHIRTS?

  •  We have delivered design/s that is not what is purchased during checkout.
  •  Wrong T-shirt color.
  •  Wrong size/s based on our emailed confirmation for design and sized ordered.

Please note other than these reasons above we can not grant product replacements. 

CONDITIONA WE WILL ALLOW STORE CREDIT?

A store credit is where we allow a substantial discount an agreed certain percentage on your next purchase.

  1. When there is an acceptable delay in shipping.
  2. When error in the deliver is because on miscommunication. 
  3. When flimsy reason for complain cant be resolve. 

Please note other than these possible issues above we can not grant store credit.
